Point of contact for all vendors and guests day-of for any questions, needs, emergencies
Set up and tear down of event in partnership with vendors, including ensuring all personal items are returned to you
Management of payment plans ensuring all vendors are paid timely
One meeting after event to debrief event experience and tie up any loose ends

Our Process
Clear is kind: The guiding principle of our event planning process. Clear priorities, clear expectations, clear communication.
Generally, here is what you can expect when we work together:
Step 1- We discuss!
Do you already have a vision? Amazing. No idea where to start? That’s ok too. Connect with us to share more about the event you have in mind, and we’ll let you know in more detail how we can help. After that call, you’ll receive a custom proposal of services and a quote. Ready to move forward? We’ll schedule a kick-off call to get things going!
Step 2- We design!
We’ll get to work for you, including sourcing and planning all the big and small details, building a curated vendor team and timeline, etc. Don’t let the brevity of this step fool you — there’s a LOT happening here as we prepare for the event, so you don’t have to stress!
Step 3- We deliver!
We’ll finalize the event plan together and deliver on the event experience. We are present for you (literally and figuratively,) so you can be present with your guests.
Step 4- We debrief!
Feedback is a gift. Tell us what you loved, and what you would have changed. We value it and use it to continuously innovate and improve our services.
